It was an extremely busy night for South West Ambulance services on New Year's Day. An appeal has ben put out for those who no longer need an ambulance to let them know as soon as possible due to the high demand for them.

An old camera bought in Salisbury containing an undeveloped film appears to show Chipping Sodbury from as long ago as the 1930s. The post has been popular in the What's going on Yate & Sodbury Facebook group.
