86-year-old man critical after being hit by car

A driver has been arrested after an 86-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a car.
The man was taken to hospital and remains in a critical condition following the crash, which happened outside Blanco's Restaurant on Green Park Street in Sandfields, Port Talbot on Saturday at about 17:45 GMT.
South Wales Police said a 20-year-old man, who was driving a blue Skoda Fabia, was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst on drugs, driving without a licence and without due care and attention, and remains in custody.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage that could help with their investigation.
