The second prize in the Channel Islands Lottery 2024 Christmas Draw has been claimed.

The £50,000 prize has been won by a syndicate of seven people who bought a ticket in Guernsey.

The States of Guernsey confirmed on Friday that the owner of winning ticket number 676349, from Jersey, had come forward to claim the £483,795 jackpot.

Proceeds from the lottery go towards community groups and charities across the Channel Islands.
