Boy and men arrested in suspected chop shop raid

A 17-year-old boy and two men have been arrested after a member of the public reported suspicious activity at an industrial unit.
Officers executed a warrant at a suspected chop shop on Tat Bank Road in Oldbury on Saturday morning. Several car parts believed to be stolen and documents related to vehicles reported as stolen were found.
Chop shops are illegal garages linked to vehicle crime gangs and where stolen vehicles are dismantled for parts.
Two men, aged 39 and 29, and a teenager were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle. They have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
