Damaged trees removed from park for safety

A number of trees have been removed from a Guernsey park after being damaged, police have said.
Guernsey Police said on Facebook, external the damage at Saumarez Park happened over the weekend of 15-16 June.
The force said the damaged trees were removed to "prevent danger to the public".
Police said an investigation had been launched and anyone with information should contact officers or Crimestoppers.
