A man has been left with knife wounds to his face, legs and chest after being attacked by four men wearing balaclavas.

Described by police as in his late teens, the man told officers he was approached by the men in a car and attacked near Poulton Hill in Marlborough at about 21:40 BST on 23 September.

His wounds required hospital treatment, but were deemed not to be life-threatening or life-changing, a police spokesperson said.

Wiltshire Police is appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who has any information that could help with enquiries, to get in contact.
