Car passenger in his 20s dies in crash

Police have appealed for dashcam footage

A car passenger died and another suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash, police said.
At 15:37 BST on Wednesday, two cars - a grey Audi A5 and a blue BMW iX1 - collided on the A1122 Downham Road in the village of Crimplesham, near Downham Market.
"A passenger in the Audi - a man in his 20s - sadly died at the scene," said Norfolk Police, in a statement.
"The driver of the Audi, a man in his 60s, and two other passengers were taken to hospital. One of those passengers suffered life-threatening injuries," the force added.

Police were called to the A1122 Downham Road in Crimplesham at15:37 BST on Wednesday
The driver of the BMW, a woman in her 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed while emergency services - including an air ambulance - attended. It reopened at 23:00.
Police have appealed for witnesses and and dashcam footage.
