Man charged after stabbing

A man has been charged after another man was stabbed in the early hours of Thursday.
It happened on Ruskin Avenue in Middlesbrough at about 02:30BST.
A 37-year-old man was seriously hurt and remains in hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, Cleveland Police said.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with wounding with intent, and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on Friday.
A 27-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and possession of a class C drug. He remains on conditional police bail.
