More than 1,300 people were arrested for drink and drug driving offences during the festive period in Scotland.
Police Scotland figures also revealed there were 522 positive results from 963 drug wipes.
There were a further 83 arrests for drug use confirmed without using the wipe kits.
In total 439 people tested positive for alcohol out of 4,779 tests.
As well as the drug and alcohol test figures, 101 offences were listed under driving while being unfit with either drink or drugs.
Another 222 people were charged with failing to provide testing samples, either at the roadside or at the police station.
This brought a total of 1,367 offences.
'You will get caught'
The Police Scotland campaign ran from 1 December until 19 January.
The region with the highest number of offences was Greater Glasgow (198) with Lanarkshire (191) and the North East (156) just behind.
In contrast, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde (32) and Dumfries and Galloway (54) had the fewest offences.
Police Scotland chief superintendent Hilary Sloan, the force's head of road policing, said it would continue to target drink and drug drivers.
She added: "My message to people thinking about driving after taking drugs or alcohol is you will get caught.
"Our officers are out every day, we will arrest you and that will affect you for the rest of your life.
"It's your choice and it can have a devastating impact on other road users. It changes people's lives and it is avoidable."
