Police investigating the disappearance of an 78-year-old woman have found her car at a retail park.
Christine Murton was reported missing after she left her home in Rushmere St Andrew, near Ipswich, on Wednesday, 12 November.
Officers had been trying to find Ms Murton's car – a blue Toyota Yaris – and it was spotted by a member of the public at the retail park in Pinewood, on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Det Supt Tom Pearse said: "We understand that Christine had been unsure where it had been left, and one line of our inquiry was that she may have been retracing her steps to locate the vehicle."
He said the car had been parked at the site for a number of weeks.
Police have been carrying out searches in the Foxhall, Rushmere and Kesgrave areas.
On Wednesday, the force released CCTV footage which showed Ms Murton on a footpath on the edge of Nacton and walking behind Amberfield Drive in the direction of Decoy Wood on the afternoon she went missing.
She is about 5ft 7in with short dark hair and glasses and was said to be wearing a purple jacket with blue trousers and carrying a large shoulder bag when she went missing.

Police have asked people to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings for any sign of Christine Murton
