The plans comprise of 10 new stables, a storage area for equipment and feed, the construction of bicycle storage and an extension to an existing hardstanding.

The St Ouen farm is home to Malzard Racing and Livery Stables, a racing yard which prides itself on having "friendly and happy people and horses".
