Plans have been submitted for the construction of 10 new stables at a farm in north-west Jersey.
Grosnez Farm has applied for permission to build a 764 sq m (8,223 sq ft) extension to its existing livery site.
The plans comprise of 10 new stables, a storage area for equipment and feed, the construction of bicycle storage and an extension to an existing hardstanding.
The St Ouen farm is home to Malzard Racing and Livery Stables, a racing yard which prides itself on having "friendly and happy people and horses".
Planning and Building will decide if the application can go-ahead, with the government planning website saying the application is currently pending.
