A dual carriageway is closed and all emergency services are in attendance after a car caught fire following a collision.
The A36 is closed in both directions following the incident south of Salisbury between Petersfinger and Whaddon.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said it was called to the scene at 16:18 GMT and extinguished a vehicle fire.
A spokesperson said that "casualties were rescued from the vehicles and supported by South West Ambulance Service," and that fire crews had now left the scene.
