Drivers are being warned about planned road closures in Wolverhampton as a junction is resurfaced over the coming nights.

Work involving the Darlington Street junction with Waterloo Road and School Street will take place for the next four nights between 22:00 and 06:00 GMT, subject to weather conditions.

The roads will be fully open to all traffic during the day to minimise disruption to businesses, according to City of Wolverhampton Council.

During nights, though, Darlington Street is due to be shut along its entire length in both directions, with partial closures on Waterloo Road and School Street.

Waterloo Road is set to be shut both ways between the junctions with Clarence Street and Darlington Street/School Street.

School Street is due to closed in both directions between its junctions with Skinner Street and Waterloo Road/Darlington Street.
