Attempted murder arrest after Plymouth acid attack

A man from London has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after an acid attack in Plymouth.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the 25-year-old suspect was being held in police custody while officers continued to investigate the serious assault.
A man in his 30s remains in a serious condition in hospital following the incident at an address on Lipson Road at about 03:55 GMT on 21 February.
Detective Superintendent Ben Davies said: "I would like to thank the local community and wider public for their support and patience while we have been carrying out our enquiries into the incident."
