A 27-year-old man has been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis farm in a Jedburgh town centre building.
Police raided the former Royal British Legion premises in High Street at about 23:35 on Tuesday.
The building, which has been empty for almost three years, remains cordoned off while officers carry out investigations. Electrical engineers are also on site.
Police Scotland said officers remained at the building and inquiries were continuing.
