'Concern' after masked men follow kids

Three children were followed down Tyning Road

An investigation has been launched after three children were followed by a group of men wearing balaclavas and surgical gloves.

The teenagers were followed along North Road, Tyning Road and Church Road in Combe Down, near Bath, Somerset, at about 16:15 BST on 17 October.

Avon and Somerset Police confirmed nobody was harmed.

"We fully recognise the concern this incident has caused and we continue to work to identify the offenders," Insp Jon Nash said.

Footage of the incident has been reviewed and extra patrols have been carried out in the area, he added.

Officers are encouraging anybody with information about the incident to contact police.
