Man killed in single-vehicle crash

The incident happened on the Kilkeel Road in Hilltown about 02:00 BST on Saturday.

A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in County Down.

The incident happened on the Kilkeel Road in Hilltown about 02:00 BST on Saturday.

The man, who was a front seat passenger in a car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another man, aged 18, was arrested. The Kilkeel Road was closed to enable an examination of the scene, but has since re-opened.
