The drama A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, which was filmed in Bristol and Somerset, has been released on BBC iPlayer.
The production of the series was based at the Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol and filming took part on location, including Redland, Westbury on Trym and Axbridge, where the drama is set.
The series is based on Holly Jackson’s novels and stars Emma Myers, Anna Maxwell Martin, Gary Beadle, Mathew Baynton and newcomer Zain Iqbal.
On filming in Axbridge, director and executive producer Dolly Wells said: “We tried to find a version of Little Kilton which reflects the atmosphere in the book and the screenplay."
Woods 'thematically important'
She added: "What was important to us was a town that is not too small and not too big; the right size for the correct amount of suspects.
"We were also very keen to have a sense of the woods that surround the town, thematically that was really important.”
In the series, schoolgirl Andie Bell is murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh. The police know he did it, everyone in town knows he did it.
But Pip Fitz-Amobi is not so sure and she is determined to prove it.
A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder is adapted by Poppy Cogan, directed by Dolly Wells and produced by Florence Walker.
