Lorry carrying oil crashes into van on major road

A major road has been closed after a collision between a van and a lorry which was carrying oil.
Hertfordshire Police said the crash happened on the A41 heading northbound near Tring at about 04:00 GMT.
The force said the road was closed as the lorry was "carrying a substantial amount of oil".
Both vehicles have been recovered and only minor injuries were reported.
