People in North Lincolnshire are being offered fully funded courses to retrain and upskill, the council has said.
A new programme entitled 1000 Futures will offer training and qualifications across a variety of industries.
The training is paid for via the government's UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), and courses are offered free of charge to both the employed and unemployed.
The council said the initiative was a "great opportunity" to help people along with their careers.
The courses on offer include wind turbine training, bespoke electrical, scaffolding and industrial, forklift licence, welding, mechanical and electrical engineering, painting and decorating and many more.
To be eligible for the programme you need to be 19 or older, live or work in North Lincolnshire and be eligible to work in the UK.
North Lincolnshire Council leader Rob Waltham urged people to take advantage of the offer.
"This is a programme that has been designed to provide vital skills and qualifications that are in high demand across a variety of industries," he said.
"They can boost business productivity, enhance staff skills, increase employability, and help individuals obtain new qualifications."
The courses are booked via an online application form on the council's website.
