Major search for missing diver stood down
Search and rescue helicopters were deployed from Newquay, St Athan and Lee-on-Solent

A major search and rescue operation for a missing diver off Cornwall has been stood down, HM Coastguard has said.
The search was launched at about 12:10 BST on Sunday, following reports of a missing diver in the sea east of St Anthony Head, near Falmouth.
HM Coastguard said three helicopters were involved in the search, as well as lifeboats from Falmouth and The Lizard, which were supported by nearby boats.
It added the search was stood down at about 21:30, following no new information.
A spokesperson for Falmouth Coastguard said the report came it at about 11:00 on Sunday "from a dive vessel in Falmouth Bay, reporting an overdue diver".
"We immediately tasked all available maritime assists in the area and the searches went on throughout the day."
They added it was "sadly, not the result that we were hoping for, but I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved and all the vessels that responded to the may day broadcast".
Devon and Cornwall Police said the divers next of kin has been contacted.
