A fire involving shipping containers has led to the closure of a nearby household waste and recycling centre in Nottinghamshire.
Firefighters from Arnold, Blidworth, Carlton, Stockhill, Edwinstowe, Mansfield and Stapleford were deployed to Hollinwood Lane, Calverton, on Thursday.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports that five shipping containers were on fire just after 13:20 GMT.
Nottinghamshire County Council said the Calverton Recycling Centre - located next to the scene - would be closed for the rest of the day to "ensure the safety of staff and residents visiting".
The fire service has urged residents living close by to keep windows and doors closed.
