A man has been jailed after what police called three unprovoked attacks on people in a city centre.
West Midlands Police said Callum Bennett, 18, from Birmingham, punched a man in the face in a bar on Broad Street, leaving him with a broken jaw, on New Year's Day and struck a man in the head on 25 January.
On 23 February, he was said to have punched a man from behind, causing him to fall and suffer life-changing injuries.
At Birmingham Crown Court on Friday, Bennett was sentenced to five years in a youth offenders' institution after pleading guilty to causing grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent, GBH without intent and actual bodily harm.
PC Katie Petherick said: "Bennett is a dangerous individual who harmed three people in completely unprovoked attacks."
