Hazardous smoke warning as crews fight barn blaze

Thick, grey smoke is seen rising from the orange flames in the barn. It has burnt considerably so all that is left of the building is the frame of it. People are being warned about hazardous smoke due to a barn fire in Oxfordshire.

Fire crews are currently tackling the blaze off Grenoble Road, Oxford, which started on Wednesday evening.

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said drivers should take a "careful, slow approach" around the roundabout at Frys Hill due to a hose stretching across the carriageway.

People have also been advised to keep their windows and doors closed because of thick, grey smoke rising from the flames.
