Police are appealing for information after a boy was stabbed multiple times

A 17-year-old boy was stabbed multiple times after being attacked by five men, police said.
Essex Police was called to reports of a boy being assaulted in the Hythe area of Colchester on Monday, 22 July.
Witnesses told police five men attacked the youth on Hatcher Crescent at about 18:15 BST before leaving in a Silver Vauxhall Astra.
The victim's injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing, police said.
Police appealed for anyone with information or footage of the attack to get in touch.
