M25 junction 10 slip roads to close overnight
- Published
Slip roads on the M25 at junction 10 in Surrey will be closed overnight from Monday to Thursday.
The closures will begin at 22:00BST until 05:30. Diversions will be in place and drivers will still be able to pass the junction, but not use it to leave the motorway.
The measure is to allow ongoing work by National Highways to increase the number of lanes at the junction with the A3.
The project has seen several full weekend of closures.
Motorists travelling eastbound are advised to leave the M25 at junction 11 and use the A320 and A245, joining the A3 at Painshill Junction.
Those traveling westbound should leave at junction 9 and follow the A243, A309 Kingston bypass, A307 and A245, also joining the A3 at Painshill Junction.
Drivers using the A3 will have to leave at Send or Painshill and join the M25 at either junction 9 or 11.
The last full closure of the motorway in July finished ahead of schedule and saw a bridge successfully installed.
National Highways said two more full closures of the motorway are planned, in spring 2025.
The £317m scheme is due for completion in mid-2025.
