About 150 motorcyclists are delivering toys and treats to children in hospital.
Youngsters on the Disney Ward at Scunthorpe General Hospital will receive the Easter eggs from the Scunny Bikers on Good Friday.
There will also be donations of washbags, toiletries and dressing gowns, and a table football set will be delivered to the children's outpatient ward.
Disney Ward manager Vikki McAlpline said: "It's tough for children in hospital over Easter and this helps take their minds off what they're going through."
The convoy of motorcycles will leave the Old Farmhouse on Doncaster Road at 11:00 BST before hopping to supermarkets to collect their goods and delivering them to the hospital ward at 13:45 BST.
HealthTree Foundation and hospital staff will give out the gifts to the children.
A number of business have made donations to the cause.
Event organiser Gavin Stubbs said: "I want to say a big thank you to the local community for all the donations. We get a lot of support from the public during the ride.
"Our members absolutely love putting a smile on the children's faces. It's a wonderful way to celebrate Easter by donating to our local hospital."
Ms McAlpline said: "We are always very grateful to Scunny Bikers for organising their Easter egg run.
"The children's faces light up when they see all of the fantastic donations."
