Gloucestershire road reopens after 'serious collision'

The A4135 in Gloucestershire has reopened following a serious collision, according to traffic monitoring site Inrix.

Earlier, the road was closed in both directions in Cam Pitch, Dursley, between the junction of Manor Avenue and the roundabout on Chapel Street.

Gloucestershire Police said the emergency services were called shortly after 13:55 BST following reports of the collision involving two vehicles.

Paramedics assessed the occupants of both vehicles, but their condition is unknown.

Anybody who witnessed the collision is asked to contact police.
