Woman seriously sexually assaulted in town centre

Police investigating a serious sexual assault in Stafford town centre are appealing for information.
A woman was attacked by a man as she was walking near to the Vine Hotel in Salter Street at about 20:00 BST on Sunday.
She was treated in hospital for injuries sustained during the assault, which are not believed to be serious, Staffordshire Police said.
The force added it was offering her support at this "deeply traumatic time."
The suspect is thought to have stayed in the area following the attack, witnesses have been urged to call 101.
