A fatal accident inquiry will be held into the death of a machine operator in Perthshire.
Andrew Sinclair, 61, who worked for DK Logs, died after his right arm was trapped in the moving parts of a wood processing machine.
The incident happened at Brae of Murthly, Pitilie Farm, Aberfeldy in September 2022.
A preliminary hearing is set for 6 June at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The inquiry will examine the cause of death and the circumstances, and whether any precautions could have been taken to prevent it.
Unlike criminal proceedings, fatal accident inquiries are used to establish facts rather than attributing blame.
