A man has died in hospital more than three weeks after crashing his car on a roundabout, police said.

The accident happened on the northbound carriageway of the A140 at Dickleburgh, near Diss, in Norfolk, just after 15:00 BST on 11 July 2024.

The man, in his 50s, was trapped in a black Vauxhall Mokka and had to be freed by emergency services.

He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital with serious injuries, but has since died.

Norfolk Police said it was keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or the manner of driving prior to it, or who may have any relevant dashcam footage.
