Trains between Leeds and Sheffield disrupted

National Rail warned passengers to expect disruption to travel on Tuesday evening

Rail services between Leeds and Sheffield have been disrupted following an incident on the line.
A person was hit by a train near Wakefield, National Rail said, with it reported at about 19:30 BST.
Trains between Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield have been "cancelled, delayed or revised" as a result, a spokesperson said.
Travel disruption was expected to continue until at least 21:00, although operator CrossCountry said its services could be affected until 21:30.
