Two people have been charged with murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Birmingham.
Isiah Marsh, 20, and Mya Marsh, 23, both from Kings Norton, have appeared before Birmingham magistrates.
West Midlands Police said the pair had also been accused of possessing a bladed article.
The man who died has been named as Minister Enfrance, 21, who was found with serious injuries in Medway Grove, Kings Norton, on Tuesday morning.
In a statement issued through police, his family said: "Minister, you have been taken from us so abruptly and this has made an impact in our lives, leaving a hole in our hearts that cannot be filled.
"But we are happy to say you are now with the Lord in a better place. We will meet you again in eternity.”
Police said they understood people would be alarmed over Mr Enfrance's death and that they would maintain an increased presence in Kings Norton in the coming days.
Both of the defendants who appeared before magistrates on Friday are next due to appear before Birmingham Crown Court on 11 November.
