A police cordon is in place after the discovery of a suspected munition.

Specialists from the Ministry of Defence have been called to the scene in Hoopers Pool in Trowbridge.

Wiltshire Police said the item was found following the arrest of a man on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

Members of the public have been asked to avoid the area while the cordon is in place.
