Police have released a CCTV image of a man officers want to speak to after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a footbridge in Derby.

Derbyshire Police said the girl was assaulted by a man on what is known as the Rainbow Bridge, which crosses St Alkmund's Way near to the Leonardo Hotel, at about 01:00 GMT on 15 November.

Officers are keen to trace the man pictured "as he may have information which could help with our investigation".

A police spokesperson said: "If you recognise him, or were in the area at the time and have any information, dashcam or CCTV footage, contact us."
