Two men killed in two-vehicle Acle Straight crash

Two men have been killed after a serious collision on the A47 Acle Straight near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

Police said the incident happened just after 23:30 BST on Friday when an orange Sinnis motorcycle travelling towards Yarmouth was involved in a collision with an Audi TT heading to Norwich.

The motorbike rider and the pillion passenger died at the scene.

The Audi driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries but has since been discharged.

The road between Great Yarmouth and Acle was closed for more than 12 hours.

Norfolk Police appealed for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
