Five more arrested over Teesside violent disorder

Five more arrests have been made as police investigate disorder in Hartlepool and Middlesbrough which saw officers targeted with missiles and cars set alight.
Two men aged 24 and one aged 27 were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder in relation to the trouble in Middlesbrough on Sunday, 4 August, Cleveland Police said.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder connected to the incident in Hartlepool on Wednesday, 31 July.
The force has also arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of violent disorder in the town as well as on suspicion of obstructing an officer.
Sparked by the killing of three young girls in Southport, Merseyside, violence in Hartlepool saw officers attacked as crowds gathered in the Murray Street area.
A police car was also set on fire.
Houses, shops, a university building and vehicles had their windows smashed when unrest broke out in Middlesbrough a few days later.
The town's mayor, Chris Cooke, described the trouble as "appalling".
