Two speed sensor signs to be installed in town

The residents' association hopes the signs will encourage drivers to change their behaviour

The police, fire and crime commissioner for Northamptonshire has given residents £5,000 to help buy two new speed limit signs.
Danielle Stone said it was a "vital part" of her role to help reduce the amount of anti-social driving on the roads.
The two signs, given to Abington Vale Residents Association in Northampton, would be activated by vehicle movement and would remind drivers of the 30mph (48km/h) speed limit.
Northampton Town Council has also pledged £2,000 to be spent on the signs.
Liz Cox, chairwoman of Abington Vale Residents Association, said: "We hope these signs will remind drivers to respect the roads, change their behaviour and lower their speed."
