Arrest made after two die in four-vehicle crash

Police want to speak to people who saw two vehicles in particular being driven before the crash on Fambridge Road

A man and woman have died in a four-vehicle crash on a rural road.
The collision happened in Fambridge Road, near Burnham-on-Crouch in Essex, at about 18:30 BST on Wednesday.
A woman in her 30s, and a man in his 70s were pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his 30s from Grays has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving - and driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
Detectives are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a BMW X5 and a Volkswagen Passat, both coloured grey, in the moments before the crash.
The two vehicles were being driven along Burnham Road, from Burnham, before entering Fambridge Road, police said.
Another man was taken to hospital with serious injuries described as life-changing but not life-threatening.
