Woman, 79, taken to hospital after crash

A woman has been injured in a crash in Exeter, police said.
Devon and Cornwall Police said officers were called to Bridge Road at about 14:40 GMT on Wednesday after two vehicles crashed.
Police said a 79-year-old woman suffered minor injuries, which were initially thought to be life-changing, and was taken to hospital.
The ambulance and fire service attended the scene and a road closure was put in place, police added.
Police have asked any witnesses to get in touch.
