Man charged with attempted rape of woman at cinema

A 67-year-old man has been charged with the attempted rape of a woman at a cinema in north-west London.

Cyrille Henri Moreau was arrested in Primrose Hill, north London, at about 17:30 BST on Monday.

The Met Police said he had been remanded into custody until a hearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

The alleged attack happened at a cinema on Finchley Road in South Hampstead on 11 June.
