Attempted murder arrest after man stabbed in road

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after another man was found with stab wounds in Birmingham.
West Midlands Police said the victim, in his 20s, is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following an incident on Gibson Road, Handsworth, on Saturday morning.
The 36-year-old suspect, who was detained on Sunday night, has also been held on suspicion of attempted robbery and remains in custody.
The force is appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
