Assault arrest after man's 'unexplained' death

A man has died in hospital after being taken for treatment following reports of an altercation at a house in Leeds.
Officers were called to an address in Tong Way, Farnley, at about 08:40 GMT on Sunday, where a man in his 20s was found "in need of medical attention".
West Yorkshire Police said he was taken to hospital where he died later the same day. The force said they were treating his death as "unexplained".
A force spokesperson said a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following the initial incident after being found with a machete and Class B drugs.
Officers investigating the incident have appealed for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
