Man charged after security alert in County Tyrone

A man has been charged after a security alert in County Tyrone.
The man, aged in his 30s, has been charged with possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances.
The police said a suspicious object was found in the Oakfield Gardens area of Moy on Friday, resulting in the closure of a number of roads and the evacuation of properties.
PSNI Det Sgt Dougherty said: "Ammunition Technical Officers determined that there were a number of viable devices in the property and carried out controlled explosions."
Residents returned to their homes on Saturday morning.
The man is due to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday 11 August.
