Man accused of poisoning birds of prey

A man will appear in court in relation to the poisoning of three birds of prey.

John Bryant, of West Ashby, Horncastle, has been summoned following a police investigation into reports of a red kite and two buzzards being poisoned and killed.

Lincolnshire Police said the incidents took place between 2017 and 2022.

Mr Bryant, 40, is accused of offences relating to killing or taking birds of prey and is due to appear at Boston Magistrates' Court on 16 October.
