A motorcyclist in his seventies has died at the scene of a crash involving a lorry in Warwickshire.

Emergency services were called to the A446 near Hams Hall at about 13:40 BST on Friday and road closures were put in place.

The man's next of kin had been informed and were being supported by officers, said Warwickshire Police, which appealed for witnesses.

A 48-year-old man charged with causing death by dangerous driving was remanded in custody to appear before Warwick Crown Court on 9 October, said the force.
