'Loud bang' closes city road and damages pavement

Part of a busy city road was closed after reports of a "loud bang" in the area, police said.
The incident happened shortly before 15:00 BST on Thursday, causing Brookfields, at the end of Mill Road in Cambridge, to be closed.
Police said: "Damage was caused to the pavement, but nobody has been injured.
"The cause of the incident is believed to be linked to utilities."
