Police are appealing for witnesses after three reports in one day of the same car being driven dangerously.

The black Ford Fiesta was reported on Sunday morning in Guildford, and then several hours later in Woking and Send. One report said the vehicle only had three wheels intact.

The car was seen with "heavy damage to its front end" at about 11:15 BST in Three Gates in Guildford.

Surrey Police said a 45-year-old man from Guildford was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving a vehicle without a license, and driving whilst unfit through drugs.

A post on the force's Guildford Beat social media platform said: "The same vehicle was seen on Gloster Road in Woking at around 13:20 where it collided with another car and then drove off with only three wheels intact.

"The third incident took place at 13:40 when the Fiesta single-handedly crashed on the junction of Send Road and Potters Lane in Send.

"The driver then left the car in a dangerous position on the road before leaving the scene."

Any witnesses or those with dashcam footage are asked to contact the force.
