Cyclist, 21, dies in suspected hit-and-run crash

A 21-year-old cyclist has died in a suspected hit-and-run in West Sussex, police have said.
The man, from Haslemere, Surrey, was found seriously injured lying in the road on the A286 at Easebourne at about 20:45 GMT on Friday.
He was taken to hospital where he died on Saturday morning.
A 21-year-old local man, who was driving a silver BMW, has been arrested for causing death by dangerous driving and other offences relating to the crash.
He remains in custody while the investigation continues into the circumstances, police have said.
The car has been located and recovered, officers added.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
