A further arrest has been made and a vehicle recovered in a police investigation into a fatal road traffic collision in which a man in his 40s died after being hit by a car on Friday.
South Yorkshire Police said a blue Audi A3 hit the pedestrian who was crossing Harborough Hill Road at about 19:40 BST.
A 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving on Saturday after initially fleeing the scene and police believe the car was "hidden".
However, following a public appeal, the vehicle has been located and a 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, the force said.
Both have since been released on police bail.
The pedestrian died at the scene and police said his family were being supported by specialist officers.
Sergeant John Taylor, from the force's serious collisions unit, praised the public for their support in finding the car involved.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal, got in touch and tried to help us find the vehicle involved," he said.
"Our communities' support does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated."
The force said the investigation is continuing and anyone who witnessed the collision or has footage of the car before or after leaving the scene should get in touch via 101.
